Bloomington Montessori’s Fall Fun Run is a community event (open to the public) offering a 5k trail run and 1 mile family run. It takes place at Fowler Pumpkin Patch (5060 S. Green County Line Road, Bloomington, Indiana). All registrants receive an event T-shirt with this year’s logo (designed by D. Design House). First, second, and third place medals are awarded for the 5k trail run in three age categories, and all participants can grab delicious snacks and water at the finish line. Come join the festive fall atmosphere!
Proceeds from the event go to the Bloomington Montessori Early Childhood Scholarship Program and one community partner organization whose cause reflects the BMS mission and values. Families nominate Bloomington-area organizations and students vote to see which organization will be each year’s beneficiary. This year’s community partner organization is WildCare, Inc., providing Bloomington area wildlife rehabilitation.
